Combat Operations Simulators for Training Crews of Dynamic Military Vehicle Simulators
About the simulators
- Dynamic simulators are computer-mechanical training devices designed for the instruction and training of military equipment crews in conditions close to real-life. They consist of mock-ups of military equipment cabins mounted on dynamic platforms. Training effectiveness is achieved through realistic simulation of workplace conditions, primarily through dynamic actions, as the cabin mock-ups, using servomechanisms, accurately reproduce vehicle movements, turns, tilts, and even the recoil from firing a cannon.
- The control systems in the cabins are equipped with electromechanical converters, and observation of the simulated combat environment and weapon targeting is conducted through computer models of optical devices.
- To monitor the completion of training tasks, the positions of command units, technical parameters of military equipment, and images from optical devices are transmitted to screens installed at the instructor’s workstation.
