About the simulator
The training simulator for automobile crane operators is designed for the education and skill enhancement of operators of complex professional equipment in safe conditions, conserving fuel and engine life without harming the environment.
The simulator consists of a workplace simulation module for a Zoomlion truck crane operator, model ZTC 250A. This module, in turn, includes simulators of the main crane control mechanisms, designed to closely replicate the real ones, as well as computer equipment installed with specialized licensed software called the “Truck Crane Operator Training Program.”
The operational purpose of the Trainer is for learners to acquire the following practical skills
- Ability to Perform Loading and Unloading Operations in Accordance with Assigned Practical Tasks
- Compliance with Technical Operation Regulations for Lifting Machinery
- Monitoring of Limiting Devices and Control/Measurement Instruments
- Operation of Control Mechanisms During Deployment of Outriggers and Elevation of Crane Working Equipment
At the same time, the instructor has the ability to monitor the level of knowledge and skills acquired by the trainees by completing exercises on the simulator.
