About simulator

Educational and training multimedia complex for training fire truck drivers, designed for simulation and modeling of operation of components, units and systems of fire truck in terms of the driver’s work, physical laws of movement of the automobile on various types of terrain, taking into account overcoming obstacles; preparation and control of training scenarios and tasks for fire truck drivers in terms of complex virtual simulation training environment, taking into account the time of the year, time of the day, weather conditions, different road surface in the city, outside the city, in areas off-road, together with the movement of other traffic, traffic light, movement of pedestrians and other important elements from the point of view of educational process.

The simulator includes:

  • computer equipment

  • cockpit mock-up on a six-speed dynamic platform

  • licensed special software

Simulator is provided with a special license software which reproduces the algorithms and principles of the MAZ-63022, ZIL-130, ZIL-131, KAMAZ 53212.

The mock-up of the cabin is universal and supports the possibility of driver training for certain car models and is designed with the placement of interchangeable blocks of simulators, which reproduce the main controls (steering wheel, gear lever, pedals) of cars, while providing:

  • the adequacy of the dimensions and placement of the controls in the cabin mock-up, corresponding to a specific model of the car
  • the possibility of replacing a set of control units by trained personnel in no more than an hour

Licensed software is a set of specialized programs and electronic libraries designed for modeling and reproduction of:

  • principles of operation of components, units and systems of automobile models in terms of the driver’s work
  • physical laws of movement of the automobile on various types of terrain, taking into account overcoming obstacles
  • simulation of training and combat conditions close to real, taking into account the specifics of the work of fire truck drivers
  • preparation and control of training scenarios and tasks
